Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Quarion embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Quarion was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Quarion and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She got into the Ploughman business at a young age. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Alain has worked very hard to control her curse. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. She found a children's book about a Halfling Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Fletcher for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Junk Dealer again; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
