Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a whip on his belt. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his whip, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and dragonborn compassion

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Lucan was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Mercenary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears an entirely black suit with green socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His silver hair is knotted and matted. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Az-Adar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Az-Adar decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. After months of barely getting by, Orla managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and wants to work out more often

Description: He wears an entirely green suit with violet socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly axes and halberds. His white crest is braided into rings. His gold eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Shedinn hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shedinn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shedinn. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has decided he is irredeemable
