History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His hair is short and black. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: He was born in a small island village. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. She wears many layers of old clothing at all times, marred by beers. She has brown hair. Her eyes are likewise green. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Lagazi was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and regain custody of her daughter

Description: This southern man usually wears his brown robe and has his mace always slung over his shoulder. His clothes are grease stained in places. His black hair is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugh. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
