His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Mord was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Weaver they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bookbinder, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Gimgen liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
