History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Nelkin's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Nelkin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south.
