History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Tatyan was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Godfrey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
