History: Eran was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he dresses like a well dressed Barber does. His black hair is still thick. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in the south to a Barber, Duergath learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands.

History: He is a Lycanthrope in disguise. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Whurbin's homeland. Whurbin decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

Personality: She is fixated on the number 31. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. A gifted student she started as a Brewer, but she got bored and became a Miller. She has worked as a Miller like her mother before her.

Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: This eastern woman is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Phann was born the youngest of three triplets. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Phann alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Phann fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Many giants want her driven away; and a deep hatred of giants
