Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Valanthe's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Navigator business.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Valanthe liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Torgga will drive conversation. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Miller born in the past three hundred years. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She's also a talented Carter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
