A flowing white cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. Her brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Ruler but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers.
