History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: The child of a Barrister, who enjoyed hunting, Numba was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hupe embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Hupe never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
