Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born in the north to a Mayor, Oppleby learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Priest, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
