History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Bathin was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Barendd embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He has all his life been fascinated with music.

History: He was born in the north. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
