History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Alston was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Fisher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

His first spouse was a Bricklayer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She is a Yochlol in disguise. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
