History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Millicent was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
