Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Valafar hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Valafar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a black vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her violet leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her black boots flare out at the collars. Her rusty crest is unkempt and raggedy. Her red unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Aasathra was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Aasathra decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born in a small island village. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Stylist. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Don was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Priest. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to work out more often

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is a great chef.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
