History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is content

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion.
