History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gifted student he started as a Spy, but he got bored and became a Shipwright. He struck the Shipwright job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he wants revenge against brigands
