History: Gifted from a young age, Shifting studied abroad. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She got into the Weaver business at a young age. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and many drow want her driven away
