History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fletcher born in the past three hundred years. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Map Maker profession.

History: He was born into a rich family. He worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Beggar they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Mason, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.

History: Mehen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age his father died while driving off some illithids. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in greatsword use. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
