Description: She is an average looking eastern female in her early mid-life. She dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with red slacks. Her copper crest is matted, messy, and big. This red eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Hethress never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Description: This late middle aged woman does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it and is in decent physical shape. She has done her best to style her chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. Her amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Blacksmith arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She bought a greatsword and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: 5'6" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. She sports silver long hair. Her hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: The child of a Barkeep, who enjoyed hunting, Grai was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Grai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Grai. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Description: She wears bulky brown painted plate armor, and she perpetually has her bastard sword ready. Her hair is long and blonde with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small brown clips. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady blue eyes.
Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Diesa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: This eastern woman is abnormally tall. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines hazel.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She wants to get laid; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
