She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with white lining and desert motifs, and is pretty ugly. Her brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the north to a Detective, Shaena learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now owns her own business.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She tends to her Bowyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
