Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born into a rich family. Through the years after Millicent was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Millicent's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born in the north. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
