He struck the Shipwright job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
