His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bookbinder, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born to a Merchant, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Paelias was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Paelias's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
