Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Quick was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born to a Marshal, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents enrolled him in a Rogue school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by his family

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has shaved his head bald. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balimaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
