Personality: Hupe hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hupe grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: Ranala hails from a village terrorized by giants. A freak accident while working with her Apothecary mother left her crippled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has wavy rusty crest. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gold eyes.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
