Description: She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her warhammer, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. She sports a flattop hair cut. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Merla wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She found a children's book about a Halfling Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy golden stubble. He has a large yellow mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his red robe. He has a hunchback. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Dreali was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Dreali's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her brown fur is unkempt and raggedy. Her eyes are copper and catlike.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Lone was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Lone's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: This woman wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her red hair is singed and shortened. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.
Personality: Dara is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She enjoys reading and quiet.
History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Dara took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up greataxe and armor she uses now. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
