History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Forcas was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Forcas's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: She was born into a rich family. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Sannl alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and many gnolls want her driven away

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy brass crest. He wears a green collared shirt and brown pants. He accessorizes with a yellow scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He has a hunchback. He wears his brass crest down. He has gleaming, smiling red eyes.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He worked as a nervous Barber and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He found a children's book about a Elf Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
