Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Jocelyn was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Heartbroken, Randal never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
