History: Umpen hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He uses divination through singing.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Beiro alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Ahlyssa was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. History: Prosperine lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Carter, and she later adopted a second son.
