Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'7". He wears skinny pants and wears a blue and green robe with the hood down, and his gloved hand is found clutching a axe. His auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Born in the east to a Navigator, Soveliss learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Navigator job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He keeps his long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Unemployed arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ernest never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

He prefers to carry a axe, but if one is not available he will default to his sword. He has dyed his greying brass crest a little too much giving a sharp brass color. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He worked as a nervous Seamstress and found it very stressful. He became a Seamstress soon after.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he desires power and/or immortality

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'3" when asserting himself. His hair is purple and curly. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Paymon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Weaver for the past few years.
