History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: He got into the Merchant business at a young age. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He's also a talented Layabout, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
