One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
