His mother taught him the rudiments of the Miller arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
