Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His red eyes peer out from beneath his broad green hat.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Iados was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Susannah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Morana was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Spy born in the past three hundred years. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

She keeps her long red hair kept up in a rat tail. Her hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She hates drow. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Kathra is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
