History: Nicor hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has achieved small success as a Barrister.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Born to a Sellsword, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She now mingles about in high society.
