Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the east to a Junk Dealer, Frug learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she has the majority of her body covered in plate, and is pretty ugly. She has a very tight haircut. Her brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Dwarf, and stands approximately 4'3". She wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times, and her gloved hand is found clutching a sickle. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Oriff was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Description: He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a longbow, but if one is not available he will default to his hand crossbow. He has white fur. His eyes are likewise copper. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. Her scarlet crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines red.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
