History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born in the east to a Carpenter, Percival learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Brewer, but he got bored and became a Carpenter. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Brewer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Carpenter, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Roondar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Roondar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Roondar. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
