Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kaladan was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He bought a greatsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Nala is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born in the north. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Nala and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. After a long history of fighting, Mugrunden and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Elysande was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Elysande's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She bought a hammer and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Many drow want her driven away.
