History: Tippletoe hails from a village terrorized by giants. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Tippletoe was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
