Description: An older woman who prefers to wear flannel, she is not a threatening figure. Her Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Description: This man stands a little under 4'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings. He has black hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born into a rich family. Lucan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lucan decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears dull green sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed flail, just in case. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Kerkad's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barber born in the past three hundred years. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ar-Baruk does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Ar-Baruk was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barber. He has achieved small success as a Barber.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new barber responsibilities is difficult
