History: Gifted from a young age, Helja studied abroad. Through the years after Helja was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
