Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Roland hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Roland was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Ulfgar hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
