Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born in the north to a Scribe, Phelaia learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
