Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Aldous hails from a village terrorized by drow. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Aldous was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: Thradal was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

History: Avelina was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
