She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born to a Farmer, her father struggled to pay the bills. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Being a Mayor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
