Personality: He is fixated on the number 18. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Shanairla enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Numba is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills.
