Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. She dresses like a well dressed Cartwright does, marred by teas. She wears her black hair up in a very large beehive style do. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Cartwright job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'5" when asserting himself. His brown hair is matted, messy, and big. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tethren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tethren. He has taken up work as a Mayor and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her auburn hair is well kept. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady green eyes.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 8. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was born in the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the east were limited. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and dwarven compassion

Voice: Aggressive tone

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is typically in his Bowyer uniform. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bowyer responsibilities is difficult.

Voice: Uses lots of figures of speech

Description: Her left side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her sai with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her blonde hair is knotted and matted. She has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Harriet was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gifted student she started as a Seamstress, but she got bored and became a Barkeep. She has achieved small success as a Barkeep.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.
