History: Roland hails from a village terrorized by giants. He worked as a nervous Roofer and found it very stressful. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Roland was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Wella was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Marshal. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Luthra was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. At some point she was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
