Description: This man stands a little under 3'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Dragonborn culture. Arumawann enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Arumawann was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He struck the Stableman job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
